Thank you for visiting Praume Lifestyle. We are a company, creating quality fashion products to enhance your lifestyle. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy, providing consent to document in order to have permission to use our services.

Purchases from Praume Lifestyle may be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all the original packaging, tags and labels.

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may return/exchange unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days from date of delivery.

Exchanges are only allowed for color or size variant of the same product title.

You can cancel an order until it hasn't been dispatched.

All discounted items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all pricing on items on these pages is final. Additional discounting can't be added retroactively after purchase.

If you're currently unable to make a return due to COVID-19, please reach out to our customer happiness team whenever you're ready, and we'll help you from there.

2. WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTED OR WRONG?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact service@praume.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number and invoice. We’ll take care of you.

3. ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED?

All discounted items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Additionally, all pricing on items on these pages is final. Additional discounting can't be added retroactively after purchase.

There are also some items that can't be returned due to hygiene issue. Please reach out to us before placing an order if you can't find that information on the item page itself.  

4. HOW (AND HOW SOON) WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund for merchandise returned, but do not refund for any shipping fees incurred with your purchase.

Once approved, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment and it will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.

Please note we can only process refunds to your account only. If you paid using cash, we will require your Bank Account or UPI information to process your refund.

Please Note: Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
